We brought 4 ladies 48-57 who embodies this change, being able to focus more on their own needs and wants. With the kids growing older or moving out of the nest, caregiving moves into another fase. You have more time to spend on you. And you are wiser, less self aware and take less bullshit. So its a perfect time for a city break to Norway with the girls=) |
