Story | As a clothing store, Arienti had the perfect public place that gave women the privacy, and the mirror, to self-examine. During World Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we turned our changing rooms into self-examination areas to spot the first signs of breast cancer. CREATIVE IDEA - FIRST SIGNS The execution was twofold. First, we added a sticker to the breast of every item of clothing, reminding women that the first signs of breast cancer weren't easy to spot. This reminder on the sticker was printed in reverse so that, just like the signs of breast cancer, it was also easier to read in front of the mirror. And finally, the mirror listed simple steps to self-examine, encouraging the women to do so, immediately. In just under a month, 8 women successfully spotted the first signs because of this simple sticker. |
