BriefWe created and launched a social shopping service DUTY FREE BY NIGHT. This WeChat native program is loaded upon arrival at the airport, when travelers connect to the airport’s free wifi. The program is idle during the day but activates at night – between 2am and 6 am – when jetlag keeps Chinese tourists awake.
