Why did you think it was important to join the PHNX jury?
As a Creative Director and someone in love with what we do, it's a "duty" and a pleasure to see the good work others as doing, as much as possible. And nothing better than a festival to do that!
What impact do you think the event might have on the industry?
It can help raising awareness for great work being made, and specially because the festival is free to enter it means everyone in the globe has the same chances of entering work and taking part.
What do you think of the hybrid jury, which includes strategists and journalists alongside creatives?
It's different and because of it, a great initiative. Creative ideas are not meant for advertising echo chambers, but to work in the real world...so it's great to see real people judging it as well.
What will you be looking for when you start judging the entries?
Something that I can feel that little bit of envy about not thinking about it first.
What lasting impact might the current crisis have on creative work?
As anything else that changes society, it will change how we consume and communicate with each other as well. But communication has been around since we started to grunt and draw in caves gazillion years ago, so I trust that creative people/our field will adapt and keep delivering meaningful work that helps clients, and hopefully, society as well.
