Title | Impressions of Play |
Brief | We’re used to seeing athletes in logos created by their sponsors – but how about giving them a chance to create the logo themselves? Canadian Tire invited eight Canadian Olympic and Paralympic athletes to make an imprint using red paint, a prop from their sport and a blank canvas. Each athlete’s creation was a work of art in its own right. But it became even more powerful when all eight of the athletes’ artworks were combined into a single maple leaf (the symbol of Canada). A powerful statement about Team Canada coming together to represent the nation in Rio. |
