Why did you think it was important to join the PHNX jury this year?
To help younger creatives get some visibility and measure of their work.
What do you think of our hybrid jury, featuring creatives but also strategists, clients and people from all corners of the industry?
I think it will provide a balanced outcome for the awards.
What do you think of the idea of free entry until the shortlist stage?
I think it is fair.
How would you define the perfect PHNX Awards winner?
The perfect winner should achieve multiple purposes not only for the brand and the freshness of idea but also for the customer. If a brand doesn’t stand for something it is purely a commercial transaction and customers won’t offer their money or loyalty to it.
What is having the biggest impact on creative trends at the moment?
Having a clear purpose, wanting to change/ improve something in the world with the profit a brand makes.
Who would you nominate as your two or three “creatives of the year”?
I don’t know yet.
