Why did you think it was important to join the PHNX jury this year?
As we have grown together since quarantine I wanted to keep supporting creativity with my small contribution. I think PHNX will make a new history in the creative industry with its diverse jury and unique strategy of submission. So to be part of this journey made me proud of myself.
What do you think of our hybrid jury, featuring creatives but also strategists, clients and people from all corners of the industry?
I think it gave a huge opportunity to all fields of experts, and creative people to feel how judging processes are important to voting works. It changed the way look at other industry people to understand better creative people and gain respect for their work.
What do you think of the idea of free entry until the shortlist stage?
Especially, this is the best way to support all creative people around the world in Awards history. Sometimes in all great works, there are so many creative minds with the lack of finance to attend such an Awards. Thus, this idea should be continued this way as the PHNX's main aim is to support creativity.
How would you define the perfect PHNX Awards winner?
The fairest winner is guaranteed by a diverse jury that has experience almost in every field of business.
What is having the biggest impact on creative trends at the moment?
As we all already know artificial intelligence has the biggest impact on the creative industry. And in 2024 AI will be a trend with its new features that can enhance creative people's routine tasks.
Who would you nominate as your two or three “creatives of the year”?
This is a specific question. I need to clarify to nominate as the brand or person. Around the world? Or in my Country?
If I have to nominate "Creatives of the Year" as the brand it would be - Zeekr (China) and Apple (USA)
If I have to nominate a "Creatives of the Year" person it would be - Elon Musk (USA)
If I have to nominate "Creatives of the Year" as the brand in my country it would be - Uzum Market (Uzbekistan)
But this is not my last decision, to identify the right ones I have to take at least cabinet research. After that, I can give a fair answer.
