| Brief | Belgian right wing political parties are creating a culture of fear around Islam. What could a local radio station do about this? We knew this matter needed more than a regular campaign, the change had to happen at content-level. The audience of Studio Brussel was predominantly white and there were no shows speaking to other ethnicities, though they are widely represented in our society. We created Ramadamadingdong: a new content format aired during Ramadan from sundown to midnight and was hosted by 3 Belgian Moroccans with a humoristic and modern view of life. |
