Why did you think it was important to join the PHNX jury this year?

1st one is it is a opportunity to experience how to judge award peace and behavior of awards show judge panel
2nd one is the this opportunity gave some shine to our carrier

What do you think of our hybrid jury, featuring creatives but also strategists, clients and people from all corners of the industry?

Yes. It is so good, because it’s more effective to choosing a better creative work

What do you think of the idea of free entry until the shortlist stage?

As a past global situation, more agencies are faced a many many financial challengers. This method is a huge support to shine a creatives and agencies. Major point is a it’s support to a more works to entry and very competitive a award show. Negative side of this method is, if some one is shortlisted but didn’t abele to pay, it’s harmful for the award show
