"A journalist by training, I tend to ask plenty of questions. That's a good thing, because what I've learned over the last 22 years is that most marketing mistakes are made when people fail to ask the right questions. You really can't take anything%u2014especially the consumer%u2014for granted if you're going to build a great brand. But what I'm most proud of is when we find a way to improve on a successful effort and make the work even more effective and efficient. You do that by reaching people on a human level and motivating them to act."
