Mr. Eric Silver has been Regional Chief Creative Officer of North America at McCann Worldgroup, Inc. since February 03, 2015. Mr. Silver served as Chief Creative Officer of DDB Worldwide Communications Group Inc. since February 2009. Mr. Silver started in the advertising business as a copywriter at agencies such as Chiat Day, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Wieden+Kennedy. He set his sights on New York in 1997, taking a writing job on the "Late Show with David Letterman." He served as creative Director of Cliff Freeman & Partners. Before heading his own independent agency beginning in 2010, he had held top creative positions at major global networks, including five years as Executive Creative Director at BBDO, working on FedEx, Monster, and BBC. In 2003 he joined BBDO New York, where as a copywriter and creative director he has won every industry accolade and award several times over, including an Emmy in 2006.
