I began my career at the groundbreaking agency HHCL & Partners in 1999. Not long after, I was listed amongst Campaign Magazine's Top Ten Young Creative Teams. I've since worked at various London agencies including Quiet Storm, FCB (European CD), Saatchi & Saatchi (Regional CD, EMEA), WCRS (CD), Tribal DDB (CD) & Publicis (CD). I have expertise across all media, from TV to social, to events. Most of all, I have a passion for big ideas and bringing them to life in the most relevant way. I've created work for everything from sausages to cars (not in the same ad, that would be weird). I've launched fresh new brands and driven reappraisal of household names. I've helped win numerous pitches - big and small. Outside of the day job I've written and directed short films which have screened at international film festivals in London, Los Angeles, Cannes & New York. Whilst at Saatchi & Saatchi I created and co-curated the exhibition 'There's a Good Girl', having been asked to give a talk about being a female creative director. My aim was to showcase and celebrate female creative talent to a far wider audience than a talk and we certainly achieved that. The exhibition received tremendous press attention, including a double page spread in The Independent and interviews on BBC Radio. Exhibitors included Alison Jackson, Sara Pope, Pam Glew & Hattie Stewart. As a spin-off from the exhibition I founded 'Good Girls Eat Dinner' which takes place every other month. I invite inspirational speakers to share their stories and advice between courses. Speakers so far include Cathy Newman (Ch4 News Presenter), Amanda Foster (Hollywood stuntwoman) and Alison Jackson (artist). Wine is involved. It's a lot of fun. In recent times I've been listed as one of Campaign's 30 Future Female Leaders and a finalist in Campaign & the IPA’s Women of Tomorrow Awards. I was also invited to speak at the 2015 Women of the World (WOW) festival at the Southbank Centre. I'm also a SheSays Momma (mentor).
