After launching DC Girls snow and skate brand at 72andSunny in LA, Betsy went on to spend three years at W+K Amsterdam as Associate Creative Director on Nike. During that time she created the Nike Women Here I Am campaign which led to one of the most comprehensive and successful campaigns ever launched by Nike Women in Europe. Also the first campaign in which W+K was allowed to dabble in Nike’s digital space. In addition, she was copywriter for several interactive Nike Football campaigns including Cristiano Ronaldo Love/Hate.
Following her time at W+K, she moved to London, but was lured back to Amsterdam by Sid Lee to Co-Creative Direct the adidas global performance business, as well as help create wholly integrated campaigns for adidas Originals.
In 2012 she returned to the US to help open Sid Lee NYC and lead the creative department as ECD.
In 2015 she helped Translation win the NBA business and served as ECD, overseeing all accounts and helping lead the creative department alongside CCO John Norman.
She's currently freelancing while pitching two tv pilots, and looking for the next right thing.
