Jason Cobbold is Chief Executive Officer of BMB, where he works across all the agency’s clients alongside senior management including founding partner David Bain.
Cobbold was previously MD at US-based innovation agency Redscout, for four years launching the London office, working with brands including Boots, PepsiCo, Warner Brothers, Marriott, Pernod Ricard and Hello Fresh.
Before Redscout, Cobbold was Deputy Managing Director at Publicis in London, where he worked on the agency’s flagship Renault account as well as HBO and Tourism Ireland. He joined Publicis in 2010 from BBH, where he was Global Business Director on the Johnnie Walker account. His career includes spells at well-known creative agencies such as BMP, TBWA and HHCL.
BMB clients include Legoland, Linkedin, Samsung, Pernod Ricard and the recently won – Farrow & Ball and Patak’s accounts. The agency won several awards including a coveted D&AD pencil in 2019 for the Pride in London “Over the Rainbow” campaign.
Cobbold is a former British Junior ‘Go’ champion (admittedly a little while ago), a lifelong supporter of the Islington Boxing Club and is unhealthily obsessed with 1980s extreme skiing videos.
