Rick is in charge of everything that goes on at this 500+ person agency. Before taking the lead at Trailer Park, his career began at Y&R where he became Managing Partner of Y&R Brands SoCal. Rick strives to expand Trailer Park's services as a creative agency for the connected world, and fosters an environment that maintains our award-winning creative quality.
As CEO of Engine Group USA, Rick is responsible for overseeing the North American offices of our businesses including Deep Focus, Partners Andrews Aldridge, Moment Studio, Synergy, and ORC International.
Rick also serves as the CEO of Trailer Park, Engine's 550+ employee, Hollywood-headquartered, content marketing and production agency. Under his leadership, the agency continues to break new ground for a diverse portfolio of blue chip clients including Apple, Disney, Fiat/Chrysler, Microsoft, and Warner Bros.
Prior to joining Engine Group, Rick spent the majority of his career running and building integrated marketing communication agencies, including Young & Rubicam, SoCal and BrandBuzz NY.
