It?s a daunting task to stay at the top of the creative heap in a creative hub like Richmond, VA, but Carolyn, who was part of the city?s jump to the big leagues through her national award-winning work on brands like Mercedes-Benz, Healthtex and Colonial Williamsburg, continues to help set the pace, as her contributions to the Virginia Tobacco Settlement Foundation, Riggs Bank, Super 8 Motels, Wingate Inns and Y?Y Cosmetics demonstrate. As executive creative director, Carolyn?s charge is to make sure that our clients are provided with creative product that makes an impact and gets results. She does this through a wonderful mixture of her own considerable abilities and a talent for bringing the best out of those who work with her. Carolyn believes that the client has a place at the creative table, as well, and looks for ways to involve decision-makers, particularly at the beginning of the process, where clients and creatives sit together at tissue sessions and talk strategy and discuss initial ideas. Low-key but passionate, Carolyn is always looking for that ?something extra? to bring a concept to life. Our founding partner spends her time at home with her two boys, who keep her busy in exhausting rounds of two-on-one basketball games.
