Shanna has so many roles at HA that we had to hire someone just to describe them all—and the person we hired to describe them is Shanna. She leads account, strategy, creative, production and digital teams, and is heavily involved in branding, disruptive creative development, web and mobile experiences, social, new media and multi-platform engagement. Over her 15-year career Shanna has worked on many a dirty martini, but also such accounts as Mayo Clinic, Great Clips, Andersen Windows, PENTAX, Kohler, Minnesota Department of Education and iWireless. Shanna is fond of saying, “It’s better to leap frog than catch up” as we chase after her. As for what Shanna doesn’t do: She does not lead HA’s blindfolded biathlon team. She would if we had one, however, and has some early thoughts on the matter.
