Jeff has 25 years experience leading brand work including Hallmark, CITGO, Warsteiner Beer and Build-A-Bear Workshop. Jeff has a marketing degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and attended The London School of Economics. In 2011, Jeff spearheaded a research report called, “American Millennials: Deciphering the Enigma Generation,” based on a joint study conducted by Barkley, Service Management Group and The Boston Consulting Group.
