As the Executive Creative Director at Molecular (formally known as MOLECULAR BBDO), Bartek leads a team of creative professionals who deliver both 360 communication and tech-led production services for e-commerce. Molecular is part of Omnicom Commerce Group, a new player in the game that combines the best of both worlds: the agility and innovation of an independent network and the scale and resources of a global group.
With over 19 years of experience in advertising, Bartek honed his skills in creative direction, copywriting, online marketing, social media marketing, and brand strategy. He worked with a wide portfolio of clients, from FMCG and pharma to automobile and telecoms, and launched several successful campaigns, platforms, and products. He also won over 200 local and international honors and awards, including multiple Cannes Lions, Effies, The One Show, Epica, Golden Drum, and Webby Awards. In addition, he is a jury member at various advertising festivals and a co-founder of Insect Factory, a consulting company that connects dots in the booming insect industry.
Bartek believes that advertising is about the big idea, the truth, the mission, and the entertainment. But most of all it's just fun.
