From film to video, from movies to television, from marketing to promotion, from writing and editing to producing and directing, Greg Heim has evolved along with the platforms that tell stories effectively.
An Emmy, Addy and Promax winning Creative Director, as Head of Creative for MSG Varsity network, he led an award winning in-house creative staff. With complete production oversight, Greg and his team were able to deliver over three thousand promos for the first season and over five thousand in the second and third season in house.
Three years later he took on the added responsibility of Optimum marketing, handling all promotion (on-air, digital, print) and launching a new channel dedicated to Optimum services.
Within three months Greg structured the “look” of the channel, supervised the show development and produced the initial eight hours of original content in house with a staff of five. Now in its fourth year, Optimum Channel is a turnkey operation, utilizing a minimal staff at minimal cost.
Prior to that Greg spent ten years with CBS & King World handling international marketing, operations, sales, programming and development for big name brands like “Wheel of Fortune” and “The Oprah Winfrey Show.”
Greg’s key strengths are strong creative vision, the ability to recognize and motivate staff and the production expertise to complete a project on time and under budget.
