Karen Blackett

Karen has been in the media industry for 20 years and currently runs the largest media agency in the UK, MediaCom. Karen’s passion is for discovering, mentoring talent. Being one of few senior black women in the industry a key area of focus has been on encouraging diversity of all types within the industry.
