My strategic advice (and mainly the hard work of the hotel staff!) has contributed to the Trustyou.com “TrustScore” for aviatorbytag.com (on a scale of 0-100 - a summary of reviews across the web from sources like TripAdvisor, Yelp, Facebook, Google+, Twitter etc for hotels) improving from 84 in 1/2014 to 92 at time of writing (12.2015), indicating a significant improvement in the online reputation of the hotel in general. Major local competitor Four Seasons Hotel, Hampshire's “TrustScore” is 93.
