André Sousa Moreira is a Portuguese creative with a passion for advertising. Starting his journey as a designer at Leo Burnett Lisbon in 2013, André has since made significant contributions to the industry. He has worked with renowned agencies like Brandia Central, Lola/Mullen Lowe Madrid, and Y&R, working brands such as Mattel Europe, Barbie, Cornetto, Telefónica, Movistar, Opel, Unilever, among others.

Lived and worked for 6 years in Madrid, André returns to Portugal in 2019, to join Funnyhow as Creative Supervisor & Art Director, leading campaigns for brands like Domino's Pizza, Betclic, Danone among others. Under his guidance, Funnyhow was recognized for the 1st time has the top advertising agency in Portugal by the Portugal Creativity Club in 2021. With over a decade of experience and worked for more 80 brands from all over the world, André has accumulated more than 150 awards from prestigious festivals such as Cannes Lions, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, London international Awards, El Sol, ADC*E among others. Notably, he holds the title of the most awarded individual of his generation at Cannes, with 14 Lions. In 2022 was named the 10th Best Creative Director and the 12th Best Art Director in Portugal. In addition to his creative accomplishments, André has served as a juror and speaker at various international festivals, including New York Festivals and AdPhorum PHNX.

In 2023, he founded Cooprativa®, an independent advertising agency focused on disruptive communication and global insights. Furthermore, André has twice represented Portugal at the Cannes Young Lions competition and has served as a jury member at esteemed events such as the One Club For Creativity's Portfolio Night, PHNX Awards, New York Festivals and Clube da Criatividade Portugal, and as contributed to major advertising and marketing publications. André Sousa Moreira's journey in advertising is characterized by creativity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence and helping the community. In 2023 joined Broke Ad School to mentor people without the means to attend major school of creativity.
