Responsible for all paid media spend and implementation planning nationally for Ikon. I work with every investment team from traditional through to SEM and Programmatic (Performance) teams. I manage all media owner relationships as well as tech and data partnerships.
I have been part of the rebuilding of an agency that is now the biggest full service communications business in Australia. A huge focus on people and developing our team as well as launching new products, new business and working on the profile of the Ikon brand.
I was responsible for the overall digital product and led a team of 40+ digital specialists nationally. Delivering best practice planning and buying for over $100m of digital billings. Making sure that digital was integrated within the broader investment teams and other specialist units. New business responsibility and all commercial delivery (pricing, business targets etc.) fell under my remit.
I was jointly responsible for setting up and running the TED team (The Entertainment Division) which contained clients such as Universal Pictures/Music EA Games, Sony, Beats etc. I also ran the Audi, Canon and Pharmacare accounts. Investment team responsibility for all channels and $120m dollars of billings.
During my time at ITV I worked with the agency sales teams in assisting them in driving additional revenue projects. My work entailed cross media ideas including Sponsorhip, AFP, Product Placement, VOD and online video, content creation and new media ideas. I was also the commercial lead on the Youview project.
I have over ten years experience in running national TV accounts. I am an audio visual and new media specialist I have worked across a wide range of clients and delivered integrated campaign planning and buying for clients such as Nike and HSBC. My other responsibilities included running the new media projects for Mindshare and coordinating deals at a GroupM level. My passion and expertise is new media and I specialize in online video, VOD, mobile and IPTV.
