Esin is a Creative Director with 24 years of experience in 4 countries. She started her career as an Art Director in Istanbul. Seeking new challenges, 20 years ago, she moved to Europe. Her journey took her to London, Warsaw, Amsterdam and, back to London. During this time, she worked for network agencies like TBWA Istanbul, S&J London, Saatchi London, Ogilvy Warsaw, Selmore Amsterdam and, Euro RSCG 4D Amsterdam. She became Creative Director at JWT Amsterdam and helped the agency to achieve international recognition. In 2014, she moved back to London to work for Brooklyn Brothers London, putting Iceland back on the map. She produced award-winning campaigns across several clients such as Land Rover, Jaguar, Iceland, Icelandair, Lancome, Coca-Cola, MTV, UPC, BMW, MINI, Opel, and ING. Her work received recognition in Europe and the US. Her work reflects culture first and earned approach that naturally goes block-bluster. Her awards include Cannes, Eurobest, One Show, Effies, Clio, Drum, Cresta, WebAwards, San Accent, ADCN, Esprix, Sabre, and PR Week Awards. Some of her career highlights include filming with the Rolling Stones, creating an immersive theatre for 11 hours at 35.000 feet, receiving the Campaign of the Year Award in the Netherlands, Effectiveness Grand Prix for Icelandair, and being praised by Obama for her Iceland tourism campaign. And contributing to the UK’s best PR campaign of the decade. In her current role, Esin is helping to develop cut-through creative campaigns in Edelman.
