I am currently the Marketing Director for Canon, responsible for Customer Marketing for Consumer and Professional products in EMEA for Marketing Strategy, CX, Propositions, Campaign, Channel Marketing and CRM, including customer care and the single view of the customer
It was a natural progression from leading the transformation of the consumer business for Canon to create a marketing directors role to start to benefit from these new capabilities.
My team and I both centrally and within the countries in EMEA are responsible for:
- Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Customer experience
- Customer propositions and brand partnerships
- Ideation, creativity and campaign execution
- Digital marketing, media and performance marketing
- Data analytics and insight
- Trade marketing and category management
- Loyalty and CRM
- Customer care
• I am responsible for leading the change of Canon EMEA's consumer business from a product centric organisation to a consumer centric digital organisation.
• I am accountable for the following areas of change and delivery:
o Digital and Social Strategy including business design and IT architecture.
o OMNI Channel Strategy.
o EMEA ecommerce launch, end to end solution, platform, supply chain, including roll out to 54 countries across EMEA. (1st Country Go Live August 2015)
o CRM strategy, solution development and Implementation, including roll out to 54 countries across EMEA.
o Innovation Lab and new consumer service strategy.
o New Organisational Business Model, Central and local to deliver the consumer centric organisation.
I am leading a mix of internal employees and consultants (Accenture, Spindrift, Sapient and Syncreon). This team fluctuates between 50-150 people, based on the stage we are in the programme.

I was asked by the organisation to move from this role into my new role above,nude to business priority.
Responsible for retail strategy and all large Corporate and International accounts in EMEA.
My team based in all countries where the Corporate and International HQ's are based.
Part of the European Consumer Imaging Group Leadership Team
Responsible for OMNI and E-Commerce Strategy
Also leading the transformation of our Russian business
