Dooley is the third generation of the Tombras family to assume a leadership role at The Tombras Group. He joined the agency in 2005 after first graduating with honors from Vanderbilt University and the prestigious Miami Ad School Account Planning Program, which was developed by leading account planners to fill the specific needs of this essential discipline.
Working closely with his father, Charlie, Dooley’s leadership as president of Tombras led to our agency being named Ad Age 2015 National Small Agency of the Year. Since that time The Tombras Group has doubled in size and been named the 2016 Independent Agency of the Year and in 2018 Tombras named the #3 Most Effective Independent Agency by the EFFIES..
Dooley personally leads strategy for many of the agency’s multi-unit retail clients including Orangetheory Fitness, Farm Bureau Insurance, Darden Restaurants, Pilot Flying J Travel Centers and Boston Market. In 2018 wes included in the Adweek Creative 100.
