Andrew Paquette (apaq)

I have just started a full-time commercial photography studio in New York. I offer high quality medium format photography. My specialties are fitness and sports-related subjects, and environmental portraits.

I was one of three founders of the internationally recognized International Game Development Academy at NHTV, now called the Breda University of Applied Sciences. With a tiny budget but plenty of industry know-how, we were ranked #2 out of 1,300 programs in our first year, #1 in the following and several subsequent years, and remained in the top five for the length of my tenure there. My responsibility was for the art department: creating the curriculum, managing the team, and teaching. In 2011, I focused on my PhD and handed off management responsibilities to another team member. From that point on I was teaching, researching, and advising for the program.
