Ariana ran all flavors of strategy, including Creative Strategy, CX, Digital Strategy, Experience Strategy, Brand Transformation, Innovation Strategy and Social Media Intelligence.
Her “Collective Intelligence” collaborative approach to problem-solving significantly impacted the global team culture and borderless ways of working.
Through her work and speaking engagements, she spearheaded the current industry perspective on sustainability. She was the chair and emcee of the annual SDG Media Summit at the United Nations. She also co-led McCann Worldgroup Global Sustainability Practice, and was part of the IPG Sustainability Management Committee.
