Why did you think it was important to join the PHNX jury this year?

What do you think of our hybrid jury, featuring creatives but also strategists, clients and people from all corners of the industry?
Creating variety is super important in our field, generates many opinions and opens up a perspective that recognizes different communities and diverse cultures for everyone... Every marketing person and advertiser must know insights and sub-insights that meet broad audiences but also smaller communities with unique needs and buying habits
What do you think of the idea of free entry until the shortlist stage?
A good and interesting idea that enables the removal of barriers for the acceptance, introduction and recognition of works and creations of small agencies and independent advertisers as well as exposure to the marketing departments on the client side that we covered with international recognition for their work.
How would you define the perfect PHNX Awards winner?
A work whose root, the insight from which it was created, is one that touches everyone who looks at it, is less populist with a celebrity and a familiar song in the background, one that you understand that the insight as well as the execution has really reached maximum exposure by correctly serving an amazing product that produces innovation alongside disruption in the category and the environment of the target audience
