I see creative leadership as more than big brands and big awards: it’s about creating big possibilities for clients, for brands, and above all for the talent I’ve been lucky enough to lead. Every day, I aim to create the conditions in which both talent and clients can feel inspired, energized, and compelled to do brave work that exceeds what they thought they would be capable of. My work and creative direction have been recognized by the most competitive and rigorous award shows in the industry, including Cannes Lions awards, Clio Health, Creative Floor awards, AD&D, The One Show, London International Awards, The Globals, and Cannes Lions film. These results have led to the honor of being an award juror and executive juror for many of these organizations, including Lions Health, Clio Awards, Global Awards and, in 2019, Jury President for the London International Awards.
Where am I going next? Personally, I am seeking the opportunity to continue pushing the boundaries of creativity in healthcare by harnessing technology and the best creative thinking. For me, the next level of work is creating customer experiences that deliver the ultimate outcome: a more authentically connected world.
