I'm a communications specialist with over twenty years experience, the past ten years leading external/corporate comms teams in the media and advertising industry.
With a passion for workplace equality, diversity and inclusion, alongside my day job I lead my current employer’s LGBT+ network as co-Chair, and play a key role in driving the broader D&I agenda. I am also an active member of PrideAM, the world’s first LGBT+ organisation for people working in the advertising and marketing industry.

Dentsu Aegis Network is one of the world’s largest advertising agency groups with over 4000 employees across 20 agencies in the UK & Ireland. As Head of Corporate Comms, I lead a team responsible for the external comms strategy for the Dentsu Aegis brand and senior executives including the group CEO.
Led a team responsible for marketing, PR, event and social media strategy for digital agency Glue, one of the UK's leading digital advertising agencies and part of the global Isobar network. Drove the communications strategy, messaging and marketing campaign for the company's rebrand to Isobar in 2013.
Responsible for the external and internal communications initiatives for global digital advertising agency Isobar. Directed regional and local market teams to protect & promote the agency, acting as brand ambassador to ensure consistency in all marketing & communications globally.
Originally in a sales position, I quickly progressed to run the marketing and PR department at the UK’s leading music technology supplier to the creative industries. Successfully drove business profitability through the development of engaging B2B and B2C marketing and communications strategies across the UK and Europe.
