Myself Swastik Saraf, a growth hacker, negotiator, & strategist with a sharp mind & having 3.5+ yrs of experience. I have worked directly with the CxO's and learned from them. My greatest skill is to learn quickly and replicate my steps/strategies with the leaders and sometimes exceeding them in decision making. My prediction capability with great observation skills has made my image different from the crowds.
I have learned in multiple domains to quickly improve my skills and got good exposure. I love to accept challenges and for me "NO" means "Next Opportunity".
I have worked as a Project Manager in my first organization and have delivered 25+ projects in Mobile and web domains. I have worked for 5+ clients in Digital Marketing domain. I helped the company to expand to the UAE and Australia by successfully preparing and implementing the SEO strategy.
I have joined InnovationM as Project coordinator, and with only 2.5 years of experience, I have exceeded the expectation of the organization and has been promoted as Lead-Account Management. I have been given "Outstanding Performance Award - 2019" by the organization for doing the outstanding work.
