Why did you think it was important to join the PHNX jury this year?
PHNX is one of the first global festivals of the year, and the perfect opportunity to get in touch with new and fresh ideas that you'll see then in the advertising circuit. Let's say it is a sneak peek of what's coming.
What do you think of our hybrid jury, featuring creatives but also strategists, clients and people from all corners of the industry?
I think the more diverse the creative list, the better. we are all capable people with a critical eye and high criteria for judging the best of the best in the industry.
What do you think of the idea of free entry until the shortlist stage?
Well, that's amazing, because that means more work to see! I guess lotta festivals out there are expensive and all the creativity with no festival budget often cannot compete fairly with other brands with more budget for entries.
How would you define the perfect PHNX Awards winner?
A great, simple, and effective idea with a clear purpose.
What is having the biggest impact on creative trends at the moment?
Talking about creativity I think ideas and brands with a true purpose have the biggest impact.

About tech, I guess innovation and IA have a lot to say in the following years in terms of advertising and communications.
Who would you nominate as your two or three “creatives of the year”?
Right now I'm a big fan of the work of André Toledo and Daniel Lobatón.
