Why did you think it was important to join the PHNX jury this year?
I think that advertising are changing. By the ESG or by Artificial Intelligence, things are happening and we have to follow this changes. Judge and analyze a festival that endorse both are a huge opportunity to be part of that change.
What do you think of our hybrid jury, featuring creatives but also strategists, clients and people from all corners of the industry?
In a hybrid format, you can make a dream team that is an exclusivity of this enviroment. Engaged people, from the whole world, exciting to see the change of the advertising industry.
What do you think of the idea of free entry until the shortlist stage?
It's a democratic way to show the essence of the festival. open communication, to an open world and for a wise and free advertising, with so many opportunities...
How would you define the perfect PHNX Awards winner?
I can do this in three word: creative, engajed and bold.
What is having the biggest impact on creative trends at the moment?
I think that the generative a.i. can provide some good stuff. Maybe someone who sees a way to make a real change, with advertising and adding this a.i. skills, can make come true the old story that the advertising can change the world.
Who would you nominate as your two or three “creatives of the year”?
I have to endorse some Brazilian guys, like the copywriter Igor Pontes (from AlmapBBDO) and the CCO's Rodrigo Monte and Gabriel Gil (from Artplan).
