Why did you think it was important to join the PHNX jury this year?
PHNX is one of the most genuinely creative awards due to its authentic format and democratic selection of jury members from all over the world. It results in a tough competition, where entries each year surprise with outrageous creativity and thoughtfulness.
What do you think of our hybrid jury, featuring creatives but also strategists, clients and people from all corners of the industry?
Collecting so many juries from all parts of the world and creative industry makes AdForum PHNX awards undoubtedly fair and demanding as well. And pushing boundaries in the creative industry is fuelling a great amount of fun, engaging and successful campaigns.
What do you think of the idea of free entry until the shortlist stage?
This is a great opportunity for agencies and artists to get a "reality check" for their entries without committing to pay demanding taxes.
How would you define the perfect PHNX Awards winner?
There is no need of perfection. Just authenticity, clear strategy and straightforward storytelling. All it takes is being authentic.
What is having the biggest impact on creative trends at the moment?
Probably a mix of technology advancements and changes in social and cultural sceneries.
Who would you nominate as your two or three “creatives of the year”?
I would go for Bianca Guimaraes.
