I’m the man-with-a-van type of guy and strategic designer because what I do is full-on, hands-on work with end-users and customers. I work mostly with B2B industrial OEMs on their digital transformation with executives, CDO's and product owners to make sure the company is providing the right Customer Experience through digital. As a strategist I lead our team of creatives (developers, IT architects & designers) to capture the essence of the task at hand, making user observations, drawing wireframes, facilitating workshops and delivering concepts.
