Joana Vinheiro

I'm Brazilian, from Rio de Janeiro, and have been working in advertising for more than 13 years now. I had the chance to work with amazing agencies and creatives in Rio de Janeiro, New York, Stockholm, Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin. Working for clients such as: Volkswagen, BMW Mini, Samsung, Henkel, Sky, Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken, Telekom, to name a few.

Over the past years, I have been honoured to have my work recognised by awards like Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio, Webby, LIA, New York Festivals, Eurobest, Art Directors Club, amongst others. Also having some of the work mentioned on New York Times, Forbes, Fast Company and more.

Fascinated about advertising and how that can - and should - impact the culture, not only sell. I consider myself an advocate for gender equality and diversity and strive to bring this to my work. I believe that great conceptual solutions come from a good strategy and good creative thinking. That is the way I like to work.
