Marlon von Franquemont-Koster is a Dutch Creative Director and has 18+ years of experience working at local and international agencies. Working with global and local brands like: Nikon, Mercedes, Hyundai, Ebay, BMW Motorrad and The Anne Frank House.
Together with Reinier Demeijer-Gorissen, he has worked at renowned agencies in Belgium, Amsterdam and Berlin, such as Duval Guillaume, JWT, Jung von Matt and DDB Berlin. Where they achieved significant success within the first year, earning numerous Cannes Lions, including a Gold, a Grand Prix for Good Shortlist and Cannes Lions Agency of the Year.
The duo joined Ricardo Wolff and Gabriel Mattar at INNOCEAN Berlin, where they brought home INNOCEAN’s first ever Gold Lion with the ‘Printed by Parkinson’s’ project for Charité Berlin, received double Grand Prix at Eurobest and three consecutive D&AD Yellow Pencil awards. Remarkably, they achieved the title of German Agency of the Year at Eurobest within just two years of establishing the office.
Marlon has won over 170 industry awards, but he's most proud for a pat on the back from Jeremy Craigen for a film they wrote.
Additionally, Marlon is a highly acclaimed teacher (Webby, D&AD, Cannes) at esteemed institutions such as the Willem de Kooning Academie, Miami Ad School, Piet Zwart Institute.
