Joining the PHNX jury is incredibly meaningful and carries a significant responsibility. It offers me the chance to delve into and assess the remarkable work of numerous talented individuals in this field. I'm deeply passionate about ideas that resonate with culture, align with each brand's essence, and genuinely inspire. Witnessing the evolution within this industry fills me with admiration. There's an enduring thrill in encountering that one extraordinary idea that leaves us in awe, and being part of the process where my vote contributes to its recognition is truly rewarding.

I love that this jury is composed of so many people from different areas because the ideas will be judged from various perspectives, which gives it great value.

It's a great opportunity for there to be more meaningful participation, so that big ideas don't get left out or without the possibility of being considered.

It's a difficult question to answer; I don't have a way to define a perfect winner. Great ideas don't have a single winner because there's always a great team of passionate individuals behind them who make them possible. What I can say is that when an idea is good, it's good, and that makes all the difference.

The most relevant trends are: AI, industry inclusion, ideas more grounded in reality and supported by data, and something I really liked is that humor came back stronger.
