Favete Encinas, Executive Creative Director and co-founder of Rock and Roll - Santa Cruz with 20 years of experience in the Advertising field. Director of La Escuelita de Creativos Bolivia since 2019.
After beginning his advertising career at Ogilvy & Mather, he gained experience in agencies such as McCann Erickson, Freelo, Consorcio Publicitario, and Athos TBWA.
Starting with graphic design and illustration, he has been forging his career path towards the creative field, creating for international brands such as Coca-Cola, Philip Morris, Warner Brothers Latam, Heineken, AXE, OMO, Sedal, Dove, Ri-K, Pepsico, Monster, KFC, Starbucks and national brands such as La Vitalicia, PAT, PIL Andina S.A., Imba, Mendocina, Cordillera Beer, Bisa Seguros, Fancesa, Viva and Entel, among many others.
He currently directs the Creative communication of prestigious brands such as Paceña, Tigo, Bcp, Arcor, Renault, Chevrolet, Pizza Hut, Farmacorp, which are added to the current and historical portfolio of the Rock and Roll agency. Favete has more than 110 awards for his creativity and strategy strengths from national and international advertising festivals like: El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Wina, Caracol de Plata, FEPI, Publicita, and Locoto Publicitario, where he has also had the opportunity to be a jury in different categories.
Since 2019, he’s been the Director and co-founder of the headquarters of La Escuelita de Creativos (The School of Creatives) in Bolivia, where he teaches Art Direction and Creativity.
