For over 15 years, Ben has worked with amazing teams at top agencies around the world, moving between the music and advertising industries. His career has taken him to London, Dubai and New York City. Recently, Ben returned to Dubai to take up the challenge of launching an independent agency, now serving as the Executive Creative Director at Them Again.
Steadfast in his belief that creativity can change the world, much of Ben’s work exists outside traditional formats, and focuses on raising awareness for causes and initiatives that he is passionate about.
Ben has led creative campaigns for major brands like Adidas, Mondelez, Molson Coors, Unilever, and Google. His work has earned awards at Cannes Lions, D&AD, LIA, One Show, Clios, and several other international shows.
In 2019, he played a key role in helping Impact BBDO win the Middle East’s first Cannes Grand Prix, earning recognition as the 8th most awarded agency in the world. He also ranked as the 8th most awarded creative director globally in The World Creative Rankings 2020.
Before joining Them Again, Ben spent three and a half years leading global creative at VMLY&R New York for Mondelez, SC Johnson, and Molson Coors. During this time, he helped VML Commerce win its first-ever international awards for Oreo while leading the Mondolez business in 2022.
Outside of work, he is passionate about mentoring the next generation of creative talent. He dedicates time to internship programs and initiatives that help young creatives—especially those from underprivileged backgrounds to develop their talents and enter the advertising and creative industries.
