In 1995, after graduating from ESCP Europe (Paris Graduate School of Management), Jerome, who spent most of his childhood in the US, started immediately working in advertising.
He was first in charge of prestigious French brands such as Danone and France Telecom in BDDP in 1996. In 2002, he joined Young and Rubicam as the Account Director in charge of Quick (fast food) and Accenture. In 2004, TBWA/Paris (which was previously BDDP), asked him to become the Partner in charge of SNCF (the French railway company) and to be responsible for the agency’s new business.
In 2007, Jérôme Martel became New Business Director of Publicis Conseil and Deputy Director General in charge of New Business in 2010. Since 2007, Jerome has worked closely with Arthur Sadoun and Valérie Hénaff and won with them major new clients such as Axa, Cap Gemini, Fnac, GDF Suez, Orange, Total and Yoplait.
