Lee is International Communications Officer at Serviceplan Group, Europe's leading independent agency group, ranked 5th in Cannes Lions Top 10 Independents of the Decade. Serviceplan Group has 23 locations worldwide with Houses of Communication in Asia, Europe and USA.

Lee is also director of Lee Sharrock PR, a global cultural PR & curating service for artists & creative industries. During a career spanning more than 20 years, Lee has worked with many high profile artists, creatives & organisations including; PRETTYBIRD, Varvara Roza Galleries, Blender Gallery, Misia-O’, LUAP, Ai WeiWei, Alexander Newley, Alison Jackson, Azerbaijan at la Biennale di Venezia, B Reel Films, Brand New Galaxy, Bridget Riley, Chris Bracey, Christie's, David Bailey, Derrick Santini, Edward Akrout, Free the Bid, Gavin Turk, Gazelli Art House, Guirado Estate, Kalliopi Lemos at Istanbul Biennial, Lee Scratch Perry, Maxim, Moby, Peter Blake, Pure Evil, Photo Art Fair, Polish Cultural Institute, Bridget Riley, Scream Gallery, Sean Scully, Stair Sainty Gallery, Stuart Semple, Varvara Roza Galleries & Yoko Ono.

Lee was Head of Global Creative PR at Saatchi & Saatchi from 2010-2016 & led PR of the New Directors Showcase in Cannes.

Lee is also a writer contributing to titles including; ArtLyst, Art Plugged, Art Doc Photography Magazine, FAD, Creative Review, Runway Magazine, Soho House Magazine & STATE / F22 Magazine. Lee started a column championing emerging artists in 2021 called 'The Upcoming', and 'Creative Cities' in 2022.

Curatorial projects include; 'Rebirth' group exhibition at 99 Projects, London in March 2022; 'United for Change' Anti-Racism exhibition on Artnet with Galstian Advisory LCC, June 2020; Re:Wild exhibition at Runway Gallery, December 2020; Arms Around the Child charity Auction with Christie's & guest curator Neneh Cherry March 2020 & in 2017; Epoh Beech at Gallery 46 (Autumn 2018); Contemporary Vanitas' at Lights of Soho' (2016); And co-curator of "There's A Good Girl" at Saatchi & Saatchi (2014); and ABC Trust 'Art of Futebol' at Embassy of Brazil with Bonhams (2014).

Lee started out at Sotheby’s Auctioneers, & was Special Projects Manager & EA to the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) Director Philip Dodd, before working at M&C Saatchi & later becoming Head of Press at Tim Taylor Gallery. Lee studied fine art at Norwich School of Art, and History of Art & Italian at University College London (UCL), the Courtauld & University of Bologna.
