Why did you think it was important to join the PHNX jury this year?
Evolution has skipped a few steps on the ladder of transformation. The PHNX platform, with its new and unique entry system, offers the world a chance to showcase its creativity at no cost, thereby opening up new definitions of the term 'GAME ON.' As a jury member, I have the opportunity today to review groundbreaking work that defies the future foundations of communication.
What do you think of our hybrid jury, featuring creatives but also strategists, clients and people from all corners of the industry?
Perspective. Its subjective nature can be a clear differentiator between good and great work. PHNX's hybrid jury panel is a refreshing reminder of the business we're actually in—one that thrives on group effort.
What do you think of the idea of free entry until the shortlist stage?
There's always room for dessert; if it comes first, the reward is sweeter.

In a state of envy, thinking, "I wish I'd thought of that."
What is having the biggest impact on creative trends at the moment?
Relevance.
