The inclusion of a hybrid jury, featuring creatives, strategists, clients, and professionals from various sectors, is positive. This diverse composition ensures a comprehensive evaluation, taking into account not only creativity but also strategic and client perspectives. It reflects a commitment to fairness and recognition from different angles in the advertising industry.

I believe the idea of offering free entry until the shortlist stage is positive. This eliminates initial financial barriers and encourages broader participation, allowing a variety of talents and submissions to be considered at the outset.

In my view, an ideal winner would be a project that, upon encountering it, sparks envy and a desire to include it in my portfolio. This response would be prompted by the project's simple yet profound insight and its effective resolution of the problem it aims to address.

I don't consider nominating an individual to be fair. Great ideas have a team behind them. I believe agencies like Gut, Rethink, Uncommon, Mischief, David, WeBelievers, and Lola always have excellent work to showcase.
