In 2020 had the pleasure publish and co-author the first eBook titled Home Comforts: Simple Lock-down Recipes From The World’s Best Chefs And Bartenders with The World’s 50 Best Restaurants & Bars. And then went on to do a couple of free eBooks titled Come Together with 84 of the world’s finest chefs from 6 continents, 31 countries, with over 50 Michelin stars, and representing some of the best restaurants from Brazil to Australia - this was to put a smile on people's faces during Covid-19. Cuisinero - Taste The Philippines was to elevate Filipino cuisine and the proceeds went to the Philippine International Aid to support the education of children.
