I am a versatile writer, passionate photographer, and explorer with a deep connection to the natural world dating back to 2010. Since then, I have shaped my life around hiking which gradually evolved into year-round explorations and road trips, enabling me to capture the breathtaking beauty, diverse landscapes, cultural richness, and experience every touristic aspect of my homeland, Lebanon.
With a solid foundation in finance, including two decades of experience in a renowned international institution backed-up by an MBA from AUB, I transitioned into a multifaceted career as a freelance journalist, travel writer, and photographer. Since 2017, I embarked on a mission to support rural communities through responsible and sustainable domestic tourism while raising environmental awareness, filling a void left by negative portrayals in the media.
This mission has garnered multiple honors and recognitions, and since then I have the privilege to collaborate with both governmental and non-governmental organizations, being a specialist in Lebanon's tourism, writing, and photography. I also had the honor to present Lebanon’s voice for nature in Project 195 of The Global Climate Action Summit that was held in September 2018.
My extensive portfolio showcases the ongoing chronicles of my travels across Lebanon, unveiling the nation's essence and hidden treasures. My authorship of over 50 tourism articles, celebrated as guides for domestic travel and nature preservation, stands as a testament to my dedication. In 2019, I published the first online photo-based tourism article, receiving endorsement from the Prime Minister and official verification from the Ministry of Tourism.
Furthermore, my recent recruitment by one of the world's leading travel platforms signifies an exciting new chapter which will enhance my global exposure, offering the opportunity to share my international travel experiences and engage a vast and diverse audience.
My new future plans include nationwide tourism and environmental initiatives and projects, currently seeking sponsorship given the local drastic economic situation. New Memorandums of Understanding are under study.
